STATEMENT OF IMPARTIALITY
We, the management and staff of Metrophysika Inc., are committed to upholding impartiality in every work that we perform. Our commitment to and understanding the importance of impartiality is made publicly known through this statement.
Metrophysika Inc. has a quality management system that includes policies and procedures to manage impartiality and to ensure that laboratory activities are conducted impartially.
We are committed to independence and impartiality in all our transactions with customers, vendors, suppliers, and partners.
Metrophysika Inc. delivers services to its customers with objectivity, independence, neutrality, and freedom from conflict of interest. We do not permit commercial, financial or other pressures to compromise our commitment to impartiality.
We are committed to identifying potential threats to impartiality on an ongoing basis and continually find ways to mitigate these threats.
All our personnel is aware of their duties and responsibilities in maintaining impartiality at all times to ensure that conflicts of interest do not arise.
STATEMENT OF CONFIDENTIALITY
The top management of Metrophysika Inc. is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of its customers, suppliers, and partners. All information identified as confidential will be kept as such.
We shall not disclose any confidential information to third parties unless prior agreement has been made with the customer.
This confidential information includes customer proprietary information, customer data, results or reports derived from tests and calibrations, operational policies, business secrets, and all other information of customer that is not generally known to the public, whether such information is disclosed orally or in writing.
All our personnel are aware of the company’s policy on confidentiality and that it shall be practiced at all times.
